It is significant that each wallet exists independently of the physical medium (card or smartphone app) and can exist as a separate entity. Thus, the customers can simply dictate their phone number in case they left a card at home or used a smartphone app at a point of sale.

Customer’s phone number is the main identifier in the system; it provides the binding of all your channels for collection of data: registration on a website, in a smartphone application, filling out an application or registering a card at the self-service terminal.




Card management module

Processing, supports the operating of any loyalty cards (discount, bonus, multi-card or gift cards). The system has the ability to independently generate maps of any type and quantity with uploading the data for transmission to print. Manage the cards: blocking, unblocking. Supporting multiple cards associated with one profile, but different accounts (family cards, keychains).

Security of the platform

The ABM Loyalty platform provides the security of data by duplicating information on the back-up server, the system of allocating the user access rights and logging their actions. Data is exchanged using the https technology with certificate verification and fixing of the ip-addresses (for https).

The anti-fraud module provides a mechanism for tracking and preventing suspicious (fraudulent) operations. The solution provides the ability to generate hazard signals, ranging from suspicious transactions to large amounts due to payment/write off. Ability to detect and block users/points in case of fraud.

Working in OFFLINE mode

The ABM Loyalty platform provides the opportunity to perform some operations in absence of communication with the Card Processing. Such cash register mode is called offline. In particular, it should be implemented for “Bonus Replenishment” and “Cancel” operations.

After being uploaded to the Card Processing, the offline operations are processed by the Processing System exactly as their online counterparts. For example, when returning a product for which the bonuses were credited in offline mode, the bonuses are canceled in the same way as accrued in online transactions.

Additionally, each offline operation has a sign, in which its off-line origin can be reflected in the service center interface.
